From Settings, you can create a diagnostics export — a small ZIP file intended to help troubleshoot a problem, without including your actual terminal or project content.

What it includes

A short summary file, a metadata file (app/device/runtime state), a support readme, and a note listing what was deliberately excluded.

What it deliberately excludes

Diagnostics exports are designed to leave out terminal commands and output, workspace/project source content, file paths and project names, and any credentials.

Nothing is uploaded automatically

Creating a diagnostics export is entirely manual, and nothing is sent anywhere on its own. After it's created, Android's normal share sheet opens with support@deputyshell.com suggested as a recipient — sending it is still your choice.

Review the export yourself before sending it. Never attach passwords, access tokens, API keys, private keys, or confidential project content to a support request.
